Local Service

In addition to raising money and awareness for arthritis and related diseases, our sisters recognize the importance of giving back in many other ways. 

The Mahoning Valley Alumnae Chapter recently hosted a Jamberry fundraiser where proceeds benefitted a local organization. The MVAC selected Making Kids Count, a non-profit founded in 2010 whose mission is to support those in need in the Mahoning Valley. Making Kids Count offers a range of programs, including a Diaper Bank, Hope Totes, a Summer Food Program and Comfort Kits. 

The MVAC looks forward to continuing to support this organization and its mission!
